Health Web App With Payments

I need a full-featured web application focused on the health sector. The project must be delivered as a browser-based platform (Web application was my selected option) that allows visitors to create an account, log in securely, and complete payments online. Payment gateway integration and robust user registration / login are therefore non-negotiable; no shopping cart is required at this stage.

Core goals
• Health-oriented interface and user flow (for example: booking consultations, purchasing digital health plans, or similar)
• Secure authentication and profile management
• Seamless payment processing with a well-known gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or another industry-standard service)
• Responsive layout so it works smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers

Tech stack
I am open to any modern framework that best meets these needs—React, Vue, Angular, Laravel, Django, Node.js, or similar—so long as security and maintainability are prioritised.

Acceptance criteria
1. A deployed, functioning site reachable via temporary or production hosting
2. Source code in a public or private repository, clearly documented
3. Registration, login, and payment flow fully tested end-to-end
4. Basic analytics or admin dashboard to monitor users and transactions
5. Handover session or concise setup guide so I can continue maintenance on my own team’s server
