Health Service Booking Platform Build
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m launching an online platform that brings together certified personal trainers, physical therapists, and sports coaches—think Urban Company, but focused purely on Health & Sports. I need both a full-featured website and companion mobile apps that let users discover professionals, browse their profiles, book sessions, chat in real time, and leave ratings or reviews once each service is complete.
Core experience
• Users create profiles, verify details, and set fitness goals.
• Providers showcase qualifications, schedules, and pricing.
• A smooth booking flow (calendar view, reschedule, cancel) sits at the heart of the site and apps.
• Built-in live chat keeps client and coach connected, with push and email notifications.
• After every session, the client is prompted to rate and review, building trust for future visitors.
Deliverables
1. Responsive website (desktop & mobile browsers) with the above functionality.
2. Native or cross-platform iOS and Android apps mirroring the web features.
3. Admin dashboard for onboarding providers, moderating reviews, and viewing analytics.
4. Clean, well-documented codebase and brief handover training so my internal team can manage day-to-day operations.
Acceptance criteria
• Sign-up, search, book, pay (test gateway), chat, and review flows demonstrated end-to-end on staging.
• Apps pass App Store & Google Play submission checks.
• Page and screen load times under three seconds on 4G.
• GDPR-compliant data handling and secure login (OAuth or email + OTP).
Tech stack is flexible—I’m happy to consider React, Flutter, Laravel, Node, Firebase, or any modern combination that meets the performance targets. Timelines, milestones, and any third-party API suggestions can be outlined in your proposal.
