Handyman App or Website Build

I’m ready to launch a basic yet scalable digital platform where homeowners can browse local handyman services. I’m flexible on whether this should start life as a responsive website or a dedicated mobile app; if you recommend the latter, it must run on both iOS and Android from day one.

Core scope
• Service listings are the only mandatory feature right now—clean categories, search, location-aware results and an easy way for me to add or update providers from an admin panel.
• I want solid foundations so future modules such as booking calendars or user ratings can slot in without rewriting the whole codebase.

What I’d like from you
1. A brief tech-stack rationale (e.g. React / Next.js, Flutter, React Native, Laravel, Node, Firebase—use what you’re strongest in but show me why).
2. Wireframes or a quick prototype so we lock the UX early.
3. The finished, fully tested build: either
– a production-ready website deployed to my domain, or
– two store-ready mobile binaries plus instructions for App Store & Google Play submission.
4. Source code in a private repo and a short hand-off video so I can maintain content myself.

Acceptance criteria
• Service list loads in <2 seconds on 4G.
• Search returns relevant results by keyword and city.
• Admin edits appear live without cache issues.
• No critical lint or build errors; passes basic device/browser matrix we agree on.
