HVAC Inventory Tracking Module

I already have a working HVAC job-management system and now need a straightforward inventory add-on. The goal is simply to let our administrators add new stock items, update quantities when parts are issued or returned, and view real-time counts—all from the existing web portal. No barcode scanning, no accounting integration; just clean, reliable in-out tracking.

Only users with the Admin role should see or touch this new section. Everyone else must remain unaware it exists, so role-based authentication has to stay tight.

I will give you access to the current codebase, database schema, and a staging server. Your work is considered done when:

• An Inventory menu appears for admins inside the web UI.
• Admins can create, edit, deduct, and delete items, with each change immediately reflected in the database.
• A simple log records who made each adjustment and when.
• The look and feel match the rest of the app (same CSS framework and responsive behaviour).
• You supply clear deployment notes plus a short walkthrough video or screenshots showing the feature in action.
