HVAC Inspection Reporting Engine

Project Description
I own an HVAC service company and I am building a premium maintenance inspection reporting system for customers.
I need a freelancer to build a simple web-based inspection scoring engine and report generator.
Technicians will complete an inspection checklist and the system will generate a professional customer report showing system health scores.
The system must be flexible and editable, because I will manage the inspection checklist and scoring logic myself.
Main Report Output
At the top of the report there must be two circular percentage indicators (radial score gauges):
Operating Condition Score
Remaining Life Expectancy Score
Each indicator must be a circular progress chart showing a percentage value with color logic.
Example layout:
Operating Condition: 88%
Remaining Life: 34%
Each circle must automatically change color based on percentage thresholds.
Color Logic (Must Be Editable)
Operating Condition circle:
Green: 85–100%
Yellow: 70–84%
Red: 0–69%
Remaining Life circle:
Green: 70–100%
Yellow: 35–69%
Red: 0–34%
These thresholds must be editable in the admin settings.
Branding
The report must allow me to add company branding:
• company logo
• company name
• phone number
• website
• footer text
This should appear at the top of the generated report.
Inspection Data
Technicians will enter inspection results such as:
• temperature rise
• blower motor amps
• flame sensor reading
• gas pressure
• capacitor value
• airflow observations
• electrical condition
• safety controls
The system will calculate a percentage score based on inspection results.
I will build and modify the checklist myself, so the system must allow editable fields.
Lifecycle / Remaining Life Score
The Remaining Life score must consider:
• equipment age
• expected service life (editable)
• inspection findings penalties
• optional warranty modifier
Example formula logic:
Remaining Life = Base Life by Age – Penalties from Inspection Findings + Warranty Modifier
All rules must be editable by me without needing a developer.
Admin Settings (Must Be Editable)
The system must include an admin settings section where I can edit:
• checklist items
• scoring weights
• percentage thresholds
• color logic
• expected equipment life values
• warranty adjustments
• report wording
• company branding
No scoring logic should be hard-coded.
Report Output
After inspection completion the system must generate a customer report that includes:
• company branding
• operating condition circle
• remaining life circle
• component findings
• technician notes
• optional photos
• recommendations section
The report should be exportable as PDF.
Mobile Friendly
Technicians will use this system in mechanical rooms and basements.
The inspection interface must be mobile friendly and simple to complete on a phone.
Technology Preferences
No-code or low-code solutions are acceptable.
Possible platforms:
• Airtable
• Jotform
• Softr
• Glide
• Web-based form system
Custom development is also acceptable if simple and maintainable.

I want full control over the scoring system.
The developer must build the framework and calculation engine, but I must be able to edit:
