HTML/CSS Template Implementation

I'm building a new website and need help implementing several landing page templates in HTML and CSS. An outside agency is creating the designs, and I need a developer to quickly build out parts of these templates.

Requirements:
- There are seven templates in total; we'll start with one and add the others later.
- Critical two-day turnaround time for each template.
- Detailed designs will be provided; some parts of each page are already created.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Experience with responsive design
- Quick turnaround and attention to detail
- Ability to work with provided designs and integrate components

I need someone who can speak with our web developer to get up to speed on the project before starting.
