HTML Blog With Comments

I want a clean, standards-compliant HTML page that serves as a simple blog or article hub. The core of the job is building the page structure in pure HTML (you’re free to add lightweight CSS for basic styling) and integrating a reader-comment section that functions without a heavy CMS. Static-site comment solutions such as GitHub Issues, Staticman, or other JavaScript-based embeds are fine as long as they remain easy for me to maintain.

Please focus on clear semantic markup—headings, paragraphs, lists, images, and links should be properly tagged so search engines and accessibility tools read them well. The comment area needs a visible form, a way to display threaded replies, and basic spam protection.

Deliverable: one self-contained folder with the HTML file, any CSS/JS you include, and concise setup notes so I can drop it onto my server and have it live immediately.
