HOA Owner Portal Integration

I want to add a secure, owner-only area to my existing website so our homeowners can log in with their email and a password and see the material we don’t wish to publish publicly. For the first phase the only content that must appear is our HOA CC&Rs, but I’d like the structure you build to be ready for additional document types (meeting minutes, financials, etc.) later on.

Every verified owner will have the same level of access once they create their credentials—no tiered permissions are needed right now. From the admin side I need an uncomplicated way to upload new PDF documents, edit titles or descriptions, and remove outdated files. A brief how-to guide or screen-share walkthrough is enough training.

Security and ease of use are paramount. Please implement industry-standard password hashing, basic rate-limiting against brute-force attempts, and an owner-friendly “forgot password” flow. If you rely on open-source libraries or plugins, make sure they are actively maintained.

• Admin upload interface for CC&R PDFs (drag-and-drop preferred)
• Document listing page visible only after authentication
• Basic styling so the new pages match our site’s look and feel
• Short deployment notes or video walkthrough so I can manage it myself
