HIPAA Dermatology Site & Booking

I need a dermatology website built from the ground up that is fully HIPAA-compliant—secure hosting, SSL, encryption, the works. The site must be structured with clean, semantic H1 and H2 tags so search engines (and screen readers) instantly understand each page’s hierarchy.

Core content areas
• Types of dermatology treatments we offer
• A rotating feed for verified patient testimonials
• An easily editable blog/education hub for skin-care tips

Appointment booking
I want a seamless flow that covers every patient scenario: a quick request form, a live calendar that exposes only available slots, and automated email/text confirmations plus reminders. If there’s an off-the-shelf booking plug-in that can be hardened for HIPAA, great—otherwise a custom module is fine.

EHR considerations
While I don’t need an EHR link on day one, the codebase and data schema should be ready for a future integration. If adding a specific EHR connector now is cost-effective, let’s discuss; if not, leave clear hooks so we can bolt it on later without a full rebuild.

Look & feel
Responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop with fast load times. I’ll provide logos, colors, and copy; you supply the design system and style guide so my team can expand pages in-house.

Deliverables
1. Live, secure website on my hosting account
2. Admin credentials and a short video walkthrough of daily tasks (adding posts, opening/closing time slots, etc.)
3. Source files and documentation that outline where HIPAA safeguards are implemented and how to maintain them

Once the site is approved and migrated to production, I’ll release final sign-off.
