Guest-Focused Rental Portal

I need a clean, responsive property-management portal that caters primarily to our short-term rental guests. The site should make it effortless for them to:

• Browse and search live availability for each property
• Securely complete a booking, with dynamic pricing and automatic calendar updates
• Pay online through an integrated gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable solution)

On my side I’d like an intuitive dashboard where I can add or edit property details, upload photos, block dates, and view upcoming reservations at a glance. A lightweight admin area is enough—I don’t need a full enterprise PMS at this stage.

Key requirements
• Modern UI that works on desktop and mobile
• Fast loading times and clean code (React, Laravel, WordPress + custom plug-in, or a stack you’re comfortable proving works)
• SSL, basic security best practices, and GDPR-compliant handling of guest data
• Clear hand-off instructions so I can manage listings without touching code

If you have experience building booking-driven sites with payment processing, I’d love to see examples. I’m looking for a functional prototype we can refine together rather than a pixel-perfect final product on the first pass.
