Grocery E-commerce App & Website

I want a complete online grocery platform—customer-facing website plus native apps for both iOS and Android—modelled on the smooth, no-frills experience shoppers get. At the front end, the user must be able to browse an always-searchable product catalogue, read or leave ratings and reviews, and check out through a fully secure payment gateway.

Behind the scenes I need an admin portal that lets my team handle customer data, track and adjust stock levels in real time, and process or monitor every order from placement through delivery. Automatic low-stock alerts, simple CSV imports/exports, and role-based access for staff are important so daily operations stay quick and error-free.

I am open to the tech stack as long as it delivers a fast, responsive UI and a well-documented API that can scale with new stores or product lines later on. Please factor in deployment to app stores and a short onboarding session so my in-house staff can manage the system without outside help.
