Greater Giving Silent Auction Site
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a developer/designer to build and configure our auction website using the Greater Giving platform, ensuring it is branded, user-friendly, and fully functional.
1. Site Setup & Configuration (Greater Giving Platform)
Set up the full auction site within Greater Giving.
Configure pages and workflows so that the website can:
Sell tickets to the in-person auction event.
Collect and securely process credit card registrations.
Sell sponsorships at various levels.
Accept item donations from businesses/parents.
Accept general cash donations.
2. Branding & Styling
Apply our school’s logo, colors, and typography so the site feels cohesive with our existing event marketing.
Incorporate sponsor logos/banners where appropriate (e.g., homepage, footer, sponsor section).
Ensure the design is clean, easy to navigate, and friendly for non-technical users (parents, grandparents, community members).
3. Admin & Handoff
Walk me through the Greater Giving admin panel so I understand:
How to update event details, ticket prices, and descriptions.
How to add/edit auction items.
How to view/download reports (registrations, donations, etc.).
Provide a short handoff guide (1–3 pages, Google Doc or PDF) covering:
Step-by-step instructions for common tasks.
How to make basic content and image updates.
How to check that payments and registrations are working correctly.
