Graphic Design Brief Generator -- 2

I need a small web-based tool that turns a few bullet points into a polished, ready-to-post brief for Graphic design projects. The flow is straightforward: a user enters a short description of what they want designed, the app walks them through targeted follow-up questions, and then compiles every answer into a coherent scope of work. After that, the user can tag required skills, choose whether the future job will be fixed-price or hourly, set a budget, and decide on any extra upgrades.

When the user clicks “Generate,” the tool must export the full project description as a cleanly formatted PDF or Word document—no other output types are necessary. A simple, intuitive interface is important; I don’t want anyone guessing where to click next. You’re free to build with React, Vue, plain JavaScript, or a lightweight stack you prefer, provided the final result runs smoothly in any modern browser.

• Complete source code and build instructions
• Working web app hosted on a test URL
• Sample export demonstrating both PDF and Word outputs
• Brief user guide showing the end-to-end flow and any configuration options

I’ll review against those deliverables, making sure the questionnaire adapts to Graphic design terminology and that the generated document reads naturally. Once everything passes, the project is done.
