Google Form Lead Capture Embed
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a lead-generation landing page that needs a fully functioning Google Form embedded so it can start collecting visitor information right on the page. Everything on the form is already created inside my Google account; I simply want it displayed seamlessly within the existing layout and styled so it matches the site’s look and feel.
Because I didn’t build the page myself, I’m not 100 % sure if it’s running on WordPress, Wix, or plain HTML/CSS, so please be comfortable working with any of those setups. Once the form is live I should be able to view all submissions inside Google Forms/Sheets without visitors ever leaving the page.
Deliverable
• Embedded and styled Google Form that successfully captures name, email, and other fields I’ve set up, visible on both desktop and mobile.
• Brief instructions (a few lines are fine) on how to update or replace the form in the future.
That’s really it—quick task, but I want it done cleanly and today if possible.
