Golf Coaching Site Booking Setup and basic content
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My golf-coaching website is live but still missing the most important feature—a smooth, calendar-based booking system so students can reserve lesson times without the email back-and-forth. I already have the layout, copy, and visuals in place; what I need now is the technical piece that lets visitors pick an open slot, pay (if the tool supports it), and receive an automatic confirmation.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• A clean calendar widget embedded on the “Book a Session” page that shows real-time availability.
• Simple admin controls so I can open, close, or adjust lesson slots on the fly.
• Automatic email notifications for both student and coach after a booking is made.
• Mobile-responsive display—most of my clients book from their phones.
I’m open to whichever platform or plugin you’re comfortable with—whether that’s Calendly, Acuity, a native WordPress plugin, or a custom integration—as long as setup is hassle-free on my end and does not break my current design. If it can sync to my calendar service, even better; let’s discuss the best option once you see the site.
All the site credentials, hosting details, and current theme information will be ready for you the moment we agree on the approach. Once the calendar is live and tested, the site is officially launch-ready.
