PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
CRITICAL NOTICE: I DO NOT OWN THE CODE. The freelancer must PROVIDE THE SCRIPT and install it. I am looking for a turnkey solution. If you expect me to provide the files, please do not bid.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
PREMIUM Version with Games: I need the Goldsvet v11 Premium (or authentic v10.3 Premium) that includes the full library of 800+ pre-installed games to run locally on my server.
AUTHENTICITY: I will not accept old versions "reskinned" or renamed as v11. I will perform a technical audit of the source code (Laravel / PHP 8.1) before releasing any milestone.
OPEN SOURCE: I only accept a 100% DECODED / OPEN SOURCE script. No IonCube encryption, no domain locks, and no hidden callbacks. I must have full access to the source code.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS & WORKFLOW:
Agent-Only Registration: The system must be configured so that PLAYERS ARE CREATED ONLY BY AGENTS. Public registration must be disabled. Agents create the accounts, set passwords, and manage the players.
Agent System: Full hierarchy (Admin > Super Agent > Agent > Player) with MANUAL CREDIT LOADING. The credit flow must be strictly manual and downward.
Games & Sportsbook: 800+ functional games and a fully integrated Sportsbook section.
Language: The entire system (Frontend, Admin, and Agent panels) must be in SPANISH.
INFRASTRUCTURE:
Hosting: FlokiNET VPS (Ready).
Domain: Namecheap + Cloudflare (Configured).
SECURITY & PAYMENT TERMS:
Mandatory Demo: Before awarding the project, you MUST show a live demo or a real video recording of your system showing an Agent creating a player and loading credits.
Milestones: Payment will be released ONLY after the system is installed on my VPS, tested by me, and the code is audited.
