Global Pre-Order Web & Apps

I need a complete digital solution that lets my customers preorder any item they want so my team can source it for them—no matter where it is in the world. The project covers two parts that must work seamlessly together:

1. A modern-looking website where shoppers can browse or simply paste a product link, choose quantities, and place a preorder.
2. Companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android that replicate the same workflow while adding push notifications and on-the-go order management.

Core features I have in mind
• Preordering system – intuitive product submission, price confirmation, and checkout.
• Tracking orders – status updates visible on the web and pushed to the apps.
• Payment processing – secure gateway integration with cards and popular wallets.

Beyond the customer side, I’ll need an admin dashboard that lets my staff review requests, update statuses, manage payments, and trigger shipping notifications. Whether you choose native (Swift / Kotlin) or a cross-platform stack like Flutter or React Native, the apps must pass App Store and Play Store review. The website should be fully responsive and align with the same modern design language.

Acceptance criteria
• Responsive web front end delivered, deployed, and tested on my domain.
• iOS and Android builds approved on their respective stores.
• Real-time data sync among web, apps, and admin panel.
• End-to-end payment flow proven in sandbox and live modes.
• Source code, build scripts, and concise documentation handed over on completion.
