Global B2B Marketplace Platform Development

I want to create a modern, end-to-end B2B trade marketplace on the scale of Alibaba that brings Exporters, Importers, Banks and NBFCs into a single digital ecosystem, with Logistics Providers and Inspection Agencies joining in later development phases. The build has to be clean, modular and scalable because this is the foundation for a long-term product roadmap.

Phase-one user roles
• Exporters/Importers
• Banks/NBFCs

Core feature set for Exporters/Importers
• Product listing with rich media, tiered pricing and MOQ controls
• Order management that supports RFQs, quotes, POs and shipment status
• Real-time messaging so buyers and sellers can negotiate inside the platform

For Banks/NBFCs I need secure dashboards where they can review trade documents, offer financing terms and track repayment schedules. Role-based access, strong KYC/AML flows and audit trails are mandatory from day one.

Preferred stack is open for discussion, but I expect a microservice or modular monolith architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, a responsive React/Vue front-end and containerised deployment to AWS, GCP or Azure. Clean code, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and full documentation are non-negotiable.

Deliverables
1. Detailed technical and UI/UX specification after discovery workshops
2. MVP covering the user roles and feature set above, deployed to a cloud staging environment
3. Source code in a private Git repo with README and environment scripts
4. Admin panel, logging and analytics to monitor usage and KPIs
5. Post-launch maintenance plan and costed roadmap for the next modules (Logistics, Inspection)

Acceptance criteria
• All listed features functional and tested across modern browsers
• APIs documented with Swagger/OpenAPI
• Zero critical bugs in production staging for 7 consecutive days
• Successful hand-off session with my internal team
