Glass Damage Photo Reporting Web App

I need a browser-based tool that runs smoothly on both Windows and macOS. A technician logs in, snaps or uploads a photo of a cracked or chipped building pane, clicks directly on the image to mark the exact spot, and then records three things: damage type, approximate size, and the location coordinates generated from the click.

Once saved, the system must compile those inputs into a clean, date-stamped report—preferably a downloadable PDF—while also storing it in an admin panel where I can search, filter, and export data later. Administrators alone should manage user accounts and archive or delete reports; technicians only create and view their own submissions.

Acceptance criteria
• Camera or file-upload support in all major desktop browsers
• Interactive image canvas with click-to-mark functionality
• Required fields: damage type, size, auto-captured x-y location
• Instant PDF or HTML report generation and database storage
• Separate dashboards for technician and administrator roles
• Intuitive UI built with a modern stack (React, Vue or similar frontend; Node, Django, or equivalent backend—happy to discuss)
