GiveWP Education Crowdfunding Website
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a WordPress site built around GiveWP that makes it effortless for supporters to crowdfund a new education program we’re launching. The single, clear goal is fundraising, so every design and UX choice should guide visitors toward contributing and sharing the campaign.
Here’s what I already have and what I’m looking for you to add or refine:
• Domain is reserved
• I’ll supply branding assets, copy, and images.
• You will select or build a WP hosting platform, then configure GiveWP for a project-based crowdfunding flow (goal tracking, suggested donation tiers, progress bar, donor wall, and automated receipts). It will probably be necessary to use the "peer to peer" add on.
• Secure payment gateways (Stripe & PayPal) must be connected and tested in live mode.
• Donor management dashboards should be easy for non-technical staff to use.
• Optional but appreciated: integrate Mailchimp for post-donation nurture sequences and set up social-sharing prompts that pre-fill campaign messages.
Acceptance criteria
– Campaign page shows real-time progress toward the education-program goal and processes live test donations without errors.
– Admin can log in, see all donor data, export CSV, and issue refunds inside GiveWP.
– Fundraisers can log in and check their own donor data and progress.
Site scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile.
– Clear hand-off with a brief Loom walkthrough covering theme, GiveWP settings, and routine updates.
If you have recent GiveWP builds in your portfolio, great—send links so I can see your approach. I’m ready to start this week and would like first review in 5-7 days.
