Ghost CMS Site Setup + Future Datasette integration

I’m ready to launch a public-interest journalism site on Ghost CMS that tracks government accountability in Arizona and need Phase 1 completed quickly and cleanly.

What I need now
• Set up my Ghost.org managed hosting account and point my custom domain to it.
• Select and customize a theme that matches the clean, minimalist style of my placeholder site [ill send the link] — open to recommendations from the developer
• Create a logical page structure and navigation that supports three content types: text articles, research reports, and external data links.
• Set up basic SEO, membership, and newsletter settings inside Ghost so I can publish as soon as design is approved.

Once that is live, Phase 2 will be a separate contract: spinning up searchable public databases with Datasette and Python on a Render subdomain and wiring them into the main site. If you’re comfortable with that stack, great—let me know so we can plan ahead.

Please quote a fixed price or an hourly rate for Phase 1 and include a ballpark timeline. Links to past Ghost builds or any open-source work with Datasette are a plus.
