WebGrow is a digital agency providing AI automation, SEO, website development, and mobile app creation to businesses in the USA and India. We are looking for a cold calling specialist to generate qualified leads and book meetings.

Role Overview

You will make outbound calls to business owners in the US and India, pitch our services, handle objections, and schedule discovery calls for our sales team.

This is a commission-based role with a strong payout structure. You will receive a significant percentage of the total project value for every deal you bring in. Project sizes range from 2k to 25k+, so earnings are uncapped. Commissions are paid weekly upon client payment.

Responsibilities

Make 50-100+ outbound calls per day

Qualify leads based on need and budget

Pitch services clearly to non-technical business owners

Book qualified meetings for senior sales

Maintain call logs in CRM

Requirements

Fluent English with a clear accent; Hindi proficiency is a plus

Minimum 1 year of B2B cold calling experience, preferably in tech or SaaS

Ability to handle rejection and persist

Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and noise-canceling headset
