Garage Management App iOS Android Web
Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
I’m building GooBike Garage, an all-in-one system that lets motorcycle workshops run their day-to-day work from any device. The finished product must launch as a single code-base application that ships simultaneously to iOS, Android, and a responsive web portal, so cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native (paired with a solid web front end) are ideal.
The heart of the app is straightforward:
• Customer profiles with contact history and vehicle details
• Service records that track every job from drop-off to pick-up
• Integrated billing and invoicing with PDF generation and basic tax support
On top of that, I also need expense tracking for the shop’s outgoings, lightweight inventory management for spare parts, and an appointment scheduler that can show available slots in real time.
A lean cloud backend—Firebase, Supabase, or an equally serverless option—will keep costs down and make future scaling easier, but I’m open to a traditional RESTful or GraphQL API if you have a compelling case.
Deliverables expected:
1. Source code for the mobile apps and web dashboard, fully documented.
2. A working demo deployed to TestFlight, Google Play Internal Testing, and a staging web URL.
3. Database schema and infrastructure as code (if applicable) so I can recreate the environment.
4. Short hand-off guide and recorded walkthrough.
