Full-Time Web Software Engineer

I’m hiring an individual software engineer for a long-term, full-time position on a fixed monthly salary. No agencies or studios, please.

Your day-to-day work will cover everything a modern web application demands: crafting responsive, component-based interfaces, building and maintaining a clean back-end, and keeping databases healthy and secure. If you can take a feature from an empty repository to production deployment—and support it afterward—you’re the person I want.

You should be fluent in today’s web stack: contemporary JavaScript frameworks, REST or GraphQL APIs, and whichever data layer best fits the problem. Solid Git habits, CI/CD familiarity, and clear written communication are also essential, as we’ll be collaborating remotely.

In your proposal, tell me about the most complex web app you’ve built, include a link to a public repo or live project that showcases your work, and note your earliest start date along with the monthly salary you expect for a 40-hour week.
