Full-Time Automation & Web Developer (WordPress, Zoho, n8n) – Long Term

Wheelie Rooms is an Australian-owned modular and tiny-home business that is rapidly scaling across Australia. We are looking for a full-time professional developer to join us long term and become a core part of the business.
This is ongoing work at 40 hours per week. We are not looking for short-term freelancers or people juggling multiple priorities. This role must be treated as your primary job, with a strong focus on reliability, ownership, and meeting deadlines.
What you will be working on:
Ongoing development and optimisation of our WordPress website
Working extensively inside Zoho products (CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Creator, Automations)
Building and maintaining n8n workflows, including:
Business automation
API integrations
AI agents and decision logic
Improving internal systems, data flows, and automation across sales, operations, and finance
Troubleshooting, refining, and scaling existing workflows
Required skills & experience:
Strong experience with WordPress (customisation, performance, plugins, integrations)
Proven experience working with Zoho ecosystem (CRM required, others a strong plus)
Hands-on experience with n8n (complex workflows, HTTP requests, APIs)
Comfortable working with AI agents / LLM integrations
Solid understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and automation logic
Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and hit deadlines consistently
Clear communication and professionalism
Work conditions:
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Long-term role (12+ months)
Fixed working hours aligned with Australian business hours (preferred)
Weekly progress updates and accountability
NDA required
