Full Stack Creative UI Developer 1 Month Sprint

Summary
The Mission
We need a fast and technical developer to join us for a 1-month intensive sprint to help execute the development of 4 websites. You will work directly with the founder to build out pages integrate components and ensure the "high-end" feel is consistent across all deliverables.
What You Will Do
- Rapid Build Take the core design system and build out actual pages and layouts using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- AI-Assisted Coding We expect you to use AI tools like Gemini Pro3 Cursor Windsurf or v0 to speed up the boilerplate work. You should be an "AI-Native" developer who can output code 5x faster than average.
- CMS Assembly Connect the React components to Builder.io. You will set up the content models so we can easily edit text and images later.
Polish & Motion Tweak the Motion animations to ensure they are smooth and bug-free on all devices.
Requirements
Speed You must be able to ship clean code daily. This is a sprint not a marathon.
Tech Stack Deep experience with Next.js App Router and Tailwind CSS is mandatory.
Eye for Design You do not need to be a designer but you must be able to look at a reference and replicate the spacing typography and "feel" perfectly in CSS.
Availability Must be available to start immediately for a full-time month.
