Full Sngine Platform Setup and Configuration

I need a freelancer to do the full installation and setup of the sngine platform.

All settings you need to setup are described below:

Set the cpanel to receive the files;
Customize info, logo and splashscreen.
Extract and upload all files;
Create accounts and set social logins (Facebook, Google and X).
Set payment gateways creating accounts when it is needed (Paypal, paystack, stripe, coinpayments, mercadopago).
Integrate cloud storage (Google Cloud).
create an account and integrate Twilio SMS with it to use SMS for account activation and for two-way verification.
Create an account and integrate OneSignal with Sngine to enable push notifications feature for:
Web Apps (For Web Site, Web-View Apps and PWA Apps)
Messaging Apps (For native Android and iOS messaging apps)
Timeline Apps (For native Android and iOS timeline apps)
This is means you will need to create 3 different apps in OneSignal and get 3 different API keys for each app
Integrate Twilio with it for video & audio calls
Create an account and integrate Agora with it for live streaming.
Integrate Google Map API with it.
Integrate Google Vision API with it to use the adult image detection feature.
Integrate Google Recaptcha with it.
Integrate Google Translate with it to let your users translate posts.
Integrate Giphy with it to let your users search GIFs from Giphy.
Customize the web-view apps that come with Sngine by default for Android and IOS.
Publish the Android app in the Play Store (all steps till it will be available on the store).
Publish the IOS app in the App Store (all steps till it will be available on the store).
