Freelance Matching Platform Development
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m expanding https://studio.aussieengineers.com into a dedicated space where engineers and allied professionals can connect directly with employers. The core objective is simple: make it effortless for both sides to meet and start working together.
Here is what I need built or refined:
• Seamless sign-up flow that keeps the platform completely free to join.
• Robust profile area so freelancers can highlight skills, certifications and past projects.
• An automated, skills-based matching engine that pairs talent with relevant jobs the moment they go live.
• Employer dashboard to post projects, review matched candidates and initiate contracts or calls.
• Clean, responsive interface that feels intuitive on desktop and mobile.
All code should be well-commented, secure and easy for me to maintain. I’m open to your preferred stack—as long as it delivers fast performance and can scale as the user base grows.
On hand-over I’ll review:
1. Live staging link demonstrating end-to-end user journey (employer → post → match → hire).
2. Source repository with clear read-me for local setup.
3. Brief walkthrough explaining your matching logic and any third-party libraries or APIs used.
If you’ve built marketplaces, job boards or matchmaking features before, I’d love to see examples. Let’s create a platform that truly streamlines how engineers find work and companies find talent.
