Freelance Job Board Development
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m building a web platform dedicated exclusively to freelance job listings and I’d like a developer who can take it end-to-end. The site must serve two audiences—job-seekers and employers—so clear role-based access is essential.
Core functionality I need implemented:
• User profiles with editable portfolios, skills tags, and avatar uploads
• Job alerts that users can filter by skill, rate, or keyword and receive by email or in-app notifications
• Full application-tracking workflow for employers (view applicants, change status, leave notes) and for freelancers (track each submission)
I’m flexible on tech stack as long as it’s modern, secure, and scalable (React / Vue with Node, Laravel, Django, or comparable frameworks all acceptable). Mobile-first responsive UI, fast search, and GDPR-compliant data handling are must-haves.
Deliverables
1. Functional web app deployed to my VPS or cloud instance
2. Git repo with clean, documented code
3. Basic admin panel for moderating users and jobs
4. Short hand-off guide so I can manage routine updates myself
Once live, I’ll test sign-up, posting, alerts, and the application tracker against real user scenarios before final acceptance. Let’s discuss milestones and timelines so we can launch quickly.
