Freelance Full-Stack Developer (Next.js + Headless CMS + CRM Integration)

We are a Noida-based recruitment firm looking for a freelance full-stack developer to build a modern, high-performance website using a non-WordPress stack (preferably Next.js with a headless CMS such as Sanity or Strapi). The project involves developing a fast, mobile-first frontend, setting up a CMS for non-technical content and job management, and building dynamic job listings with application workflows. A critical requirement is end-to-end CRM integration (HubSpot preferred), where all leads—from forms, job applications, and live chat—flow into a structured pipeline. You should have strong experience with React/Next.js, API integrations, and deploying production-grade applications, along with a solid understanding of performance optimization and scalable architecture. Experience with job boards, recruitment platforms, or CRM integrations will be a strong advantage. This is a 4–6 week project with potential for long-term collaboration if the engagement goes well.
