I want to launch a single website that brings together more than 500 free, browser-based productivity tools, clear how-to guides, and embedded AI helpers. Visitors should be able to open the site, search or browse by category, and immediately start using time-saving resources without downloads, paywalls, or sign-ups.

Scope of work
• Combine a curated collection of 500+ links, mini-apps, and widgets on one fast, responsive platform.
• Highlight productivity-focused features first. Task management, time tracking, and collaboration options are the core themes, though I am open to additional niches if they add value.
• Write concise step-by-step guides beside each tool so users know exactly how to get started.
• Embed AI chat or prompt-based helpers (GPT-style) for quick tips, troubleshooting, and personalised recommendations.
• Build intuitive search, tagging, and filter functions so visitors can quickly narrow down the huge library.
• Include a lightweight admin dashboard so I can add, edit, or retire tools and guides myself. No-code or low-code back-end solutions are welcome as long as they stay fast.
• Optimise for mobile, keep load times low, and set up basic on-page SEO so the directory ranks organically.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least 500 working, categorised tool entries live on the site at launch.
2. AI helper responds in under 3 seconds and can reference any tool page.
3. PageSpeed Insights score 90+ on mobile and desktop.
4. Admin area lets me update content without touching code.
5. All text (guides, meta tags) is grammatically correct and plagiarism-free.

Deliver the full source files and any necessary credentials so I can host and maintain everything independently once we go live.
