Franchise Sub-Site Creation

I need 1-5 individual sub-sites for our franchise branches. Each sub-site will be hosted on its own subdomain (e.g., branchname.yourdomain.com). The sub-sites must replicate the same layout and content as the main site, with the exception of branch-specific contact details and URL.

Requirements:
- You will provide the subdomains
- Minor changes to layout or design are needed
