Framer & Bricks Parallel Web Builds
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m running two client-facing site builds at the same time and I need them treated with equal priority.
Project 1 – Framer
The brief calls for a smooth, visually engaging landing experience built entirely in Framer. Interactive animations (micro-interactions, scroll-triggered effects, subtle motion on hover) and rock-solid responsiveness across breakpoints are non-negotiable. I will supply the visual direction; you handle component structure, animation logic, and final publishing inside Framer.
Project 2 – Bricks Builder on WordPress
This is a content-heavy marketing site that must be fast, SEO-ready, and easily editable by the client. Using Bricks Builder, you’ll create reusable templates, hook in dynamic data, and keep the CSS footprint lean. No page-speed penalties, no bloated plugins.
Key expectations
• Proven, public portfolio links for BOTH Framer and Bricks Builder work
• Ability to juggle milestones in parallel without one project slowing the other
• Clear, proactive communication on progress and blockers
Deliverables
• Framer site file + live link, fully responsive, with all agreed animations functioning
• Bricks-based WordPress theme (or child theme) exported, installed on my staging server, pages matched to design, Lighthouse score 90+ for mobile
• Handover documentation and a short Loom walkthrough per project
This is strictly project-based; once both builds are approved and handed over, the engagement ends. Timelines and milestones are open for discussion once you review the briefs.
