I am forming a consulting services agency that will grow around custom web application projects. The venture is still at the registration stage, so the technical foundation is a blank slate. I need a full-time CTO who will own the journey from paperwork to product launch, with a clear emphasis on team leadership. You will shape the tech vision, recruit and guide the engineering staff, and keep everyone moving in step with the business goals I set.
