Formal Service Directory Homepage
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am building a Bengali-language service directory where visitors can quickly find local professionals—রাজমিস্ত্রি, প্লাম্বার ইত্যাদি—and where providers can publish their own listings. I need a classic, formal look rather than anything flashy, yet it must feel clean on both desktop and mobile.
Core flow
• A visitor lands on the homepage, is greeted by neatly organised category cards, then uses a prominent, location-based search bar to narrow results to their area.
• Providers click “Add Listing”, complete a form (Name, Phone, WhatsApp, precise location with map pin, single-photo upload) and submit. Their entry sits in a back-office queue for my manual approve/reject action.
• Registered users have a simple login/registration modal; new users can create an account or sign in through standard email/password.
• Each published listing shows a one-tap “WhatsApp” button so clients can chat instantly.

• Fully responsive homepage coded to the approved classic design mock-up
• Add-listing form with validation and image handling
• User authentication module
• Location-aware search bar that queries by city/area rather than keyword
• Admin flag to approve or reject pending listings

• Contact page styled consistently with the rest of the site
Tech is up to you—WordPress, Laravel, React, or another stack—as long as the final code is clean, easy for me to maintain, and loads fast on mobile. Please include any relevant past work that shows you can pair a traditional aesthetic with solid functionality.
