(Fixed Budget) WordPress Job Board with Subscription

I’m launching a curated job-posting site and want it built on WordPress. Visitors will see only headline information (title, location) until they purchase a yearly subscription; paid members then unlock the full description and an “Apply” button that either opens an internal form or links to the employer’s site.

What I need you to handle:
• Install and configure WordPress on my host with a clean, responsive job-board theme.
• Integrate a membership/paywall plugin that supports a single recurring yearly plan and handles payments, renewals, cancellations, and automated email receipts (Razorpay and Stripe).
• Build the access rules so free users and search jobs, see teaser content while subscribers see the complete listing.
• Set up an easy admin workflow for adding, editing, featuring, and archiving jobs, plus basic stats on views and applications.
• Deliver the finished site, ready for me to start posting, as quickly as possible—timeline is ASAP.
• Provide a brief handover guide or screen-share video so I can manage everything solo.
