Fix WordPress Redirect Bug

Job ID: 39785301

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

My sub-domain gifting.wildroots.in should load its own WordPress storefront, yet it keeps jumping to example.com. Although the problem first caught my attention on iPhones, I have since confirmed it happens in every browser and device I test. I have not touched the theme, server settings, or plugins for quite a while, so whatever is causing this arrived quietly.

What I need
• Identify the exact trigger—whether it lives in WordPress core, a rogue rewrite rule, a hacked file, DNS, SSL, or a sneaky JavaScript injection.
• Remove or repair the offending code/configuration and prove the fix.
• Retest across mobile (iOS & Android), desktop, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. The site must open only as gifting.wildroots.in with no intermediate hop.
• Provide a brief note of what you changed so I can prevent a recurrence.

You will have access to the WordPress dashboard, cPanel/File Manager, phpMyAdmin, and DNS panel if needed. Please be comfortable digging into .htaccess, wp-config.php, database entries, and security scans.

Acceptance
The job is complete when a fresh cache-cleared visit to gifting.wildroots.in from multiple devices no longer redirects and your change log is delivered.
