Fix WordPress Admin Access Issue

I need a WordPress expert to resolve an admin panel access issue. I'm getting the error: "Sorry, I need a wp-config-sample.php file to work from. Please re-upload this file to your WordPress installation."

Requirements:
- Fix the wp-config.php issue
- Ensure it doesn't get deleted after login
- Work remotely
