Fix Shopify Product Variant Logic and button update

We are experiencing critical issues with variant handling in our Shopify theme for products with multiple variants. The current JavaScript logic works only for single-variant products and fails to reliably detect the selected variant when multiple option combinations are used. This causes incorrect availability states, broken Add to Cart / Make a Request buttons, and malfunctioning notify-me app integrations.
After changing options, the UI often does not update correctly even when a valid variant exists.
The variant logic needs to be analyzed and rebuilt so the selected variant is accurately detected on every change and all related UI elements update instantly (availability, price, button state, and third-party app events).
We also use a price-based button switch: variants over €1,000 should display a “Make a Request” button. This logic currently runs only on page load and must update dynamically based on the selected variant’s price.
The solution must be clean, maintainable, and future-proof—no workarounds. Strong Shopify theme and JavaScript expertise is required.
