Fix Scrolling Submenu Position

I’ve built a small CRM and the floating submenu behaves perfectly until the user starts scrolling; the moment the page moves, the submenu drifts out of alignment. All I need is a clean CSS adjustment that locks the submenu where it should stay throughout any scroll activity, across modern browsers.
