Fix Issues With My Mailing Script

Hello,

My current mailing system is not sending emails to my members.
It looks like only the first person on the list is receiving the email.
I spoke to my hosting company and they said that they are not
blocking my emails. So I need some one who can find the
issues with my mailing system.

Also, on the /radmin/add_login_credits.php page and the /radmin/add_traffic_credits.php
page, whenever I manually add login credits or traffic credits to a member's account,
the confirmation emails on these pages are not being sent to the members. I need
a programmer who proficient in mailing systems.
