Fix HTTPS / HTTP WordPress Migration

I’ve moved my WordPress site from cPanel to CyberPanel with the All-in-One WP Migration tool and everything looked fine—until I switch to HTTPS. The HTTP version loads the site exactly as it should, yet HTTPS stubbornly shows the fresh “Hello World” splash screen you get on a brand-new install.

Here’s what I’ve already confirmed:
• WordPress Address and Site Address URLs are correct inside the dashboard.
• The .htaccess file appears clean and mirrors what worked on the old server.
• Caching isn’t the culprit—I even tested from a different machine and connection.
• Core, themes, and plugins are all updated, running on PHP 8.x.

I need you to track down whatever is mis-routing HTTPS—whether it’s a vHost, SSL mapping, rewrite rule, database reference, or CyberPanel quirk—and fix it so:

• https://mydomain.com serves the same content as http://mydomain.com
• Any http traffic automatically forces HTTPS (unless you advise otherwise)
• The solution is documented so I can replicate it on staging sites.
