Finance Web App Development Needed

I need a web-based finance application built from scratch, centred on robust Investment management features. The platform should let users create secure accounts, enter or import their portfolios, and then view real-time performance, asset allocation charts, and basic analytics in an intuitive dashboard that works smoothly on desktop and mobile browsers alike.

Deliverables
• Full-stack web application (source code, tested and deployable)
• Clean, responsive UI/UX for portfolio and performance views

Acceptance criteria
The app must load in under three seconds on a typical broadband connection, calculate portfolio returns correctly to two decimal places, and pass a straightforward security scan (OWASP ZAP or similar) with no high-severity issues.

Preferred stacks include React or Vue on the front end and Node.js, Django, or a comparable framework on the back end, but I’m open to other modern, well-supported technologies you may recommend. Ensure the codebase is version-controlled (Git) and cleanly documented so future feature additions are straightforward.
