Finalise the Website on WordPress

Hello,
We need help to finalise a website that will be used in a pilot school project in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. The goal is to teach Financial Education during English classes. The students are in their final year of school, and many of them will go to university next year.
We have started creating a website where students will research and write articles (always supervised by a teacher!!) about gold, which is a neutral topic that students find interesting.
The school has invested some money to create this website. The idea is to monetise the website (for example, with Google AdSense) to help cover the website costs and hopefully also help pay for the students’ end-of-year celebration (a prom, as they say in the US).
You can use AI tools to work on the website if you want; that is not a problem for us. However, two things are very important for us:
The website must be able to generate revenue (for example, through Google AdSense).
It must be simple to publish articles, because we plan to post one article every day. Each day, one student will help publish their article.
We would also like the website to include the live price of gold and a simple calculator related to gold prices (These features should be easy to add).
The image we attached shows approximately how the website should look, with the content displayed inside a boxed layout. The image probably explains the idea better than our words.The students’ articles will be published as Posts, so the template should make posting easy. We have not yet decided on the colour palette, but I should have that information soon. We plan to have it running for 3 years or longer, so I cannot lose track of anything.
Please also provide instructions on how to edit and manage the website, according to what you do, because I will need to make changes later. I have good IT knowledge and have built websites before (I used and liked the Vantage template in the past). If I did not have to prepare so much teaching material for the next few days, I would probably try to build and test the site myself. Anyway, we prefer to pay a bit and also get suggestions or ideas, if you have any. The sooner it is done, the better for us – so be honest about your availability/time.
