Fast Food Restaurant Website "Integrated Ordering & Delivery Ecosystem"
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a single, tightly-woven platform that lets me run our AFC brand as smoothly as the big names. My top objective is to streamline operations, and the very first area I want perfected is order management.
Here’s the picture:
• Customer-facing web experience
A marketing and ordering site that mirrors the polish of Albaik, including custom “bucket” branding, menu browsing, promo banners and secure checkout.
• Domino’s-style order flow
Inside the order management console I expect real-time order tracking, automated status notifications (SMS / push / email), and analytics that show trends, peak times and fulfillment KPIs.
• Delivery orchestration
The system must assign runs to both our in-house fleet and partnered couriers, handle batching, route optimisation and live driver ETAs for customers.
• Subscription engine
Users should be able to set up recurring orders or meal plans, manage payment methods and pause / resume with a click.
• Mobile apps
Native or high-performance cross-platform apps for iOS and Android replicating the full ordering journey, loyalty wallet and push messaging.
• Driver & supply-chain visibility
A driver app with turn-by-turn navigation, plus dashboards that show warehouse stock, dispatch windows and inbound supply status.
Go-live is targeted for around May 1, and I’m open to launching up to two weeks earlier if you hit milestones quickly and quality remains solid.
Acceptance criteria:
– Stable, responsive web app and both mobile apps published to App Store / Google Play TestFlight or beta track
– Order management panel displaying live order states, auto-notifications and downloadable analytics reports
– Delivery module successfully dispatching to internal drivers and an external courier sandbox
– End-to-end test order flowing from website → kitchen → driver → delivered with status updates visible to customer
– Documentation and a brief handover session so my team can monitor and tweak settings post-launch
If you have a proven stack for foodtech or e-commerce logistics and can commit to the timeline, let’s talk.
