FTP Video & Shopify Cart Updates

I’m looking to tidy up two separate sites and would like one developer to handle the whole lot so it’s quick and consistent.

First, the custom-built site that I manage over FTP needs a light refresh. I want visitors to be able to upload videos directly—currently that feature isn’t wired up—plus I have a batch of new product shots that must replace the existing images. You’ll get full FTP credentials and a folder of optimised JPGs along with clear notes on which pages need the swap.

Next, on my Shopify store, I’m ready to boost AOV with an upsell shown right inside the cart drawer. In addition, I’d like a couple of small pop-ups (one for an exit-intent discount and one for a back-in-stock notice). Liquid, JS, and theme-app-extension work is fine so long as the final result blends in with the site’s current design and keeps load times lean.

Deliverables
• FTP site: fully working video upload form and all existing photos replaced without breaking layout
• Shopify store: live, styled in-cart upsell + two functional pop-ups, all mobile-friendly and tested

I’ll be on hand to test and approve each piece as soon as you push it live, so we can wrap this quickly.
