FPS Esports Tournament Portal Development

I need a clean, responsive website that lets me run and manage first-person-shooter tournaments from one place. Players must be able to create an account, join an event, follow the brackets in real time and chat with each other while they wait for their match. I also want a private space on the dashboard where the room password is revealed only to registered participants so I never have to email or text it manually.

Key functionality I expect:

• Secure user registration / login
• Dynamic tournament brackets I can seed or randomise at will
• Built-in chatroom or forum for each event
• Simple support centre so I can message users directly and keep a record of all conversations
• Admin tools to create, duplicate and archive tournaments, change rules or game titles and push quick announcements to every participant’s dashboard

The design should look good on desktop and mobile, handle hundreds of concurrent users without lag and be easy for me to maintain once you hand it over. Please build it with widely-supportedthe tech (Laravel, Node, Django or similar) and document everything so I can host it on my own server after delivery.
