External Web Interfaces Development for Real Estate Website (Step-by-Step Registration, Biometrics & Payments – Colombia / LatAm)

Project Description
We are a real estate company with a website developed in WordPress, and we are looking for a web developer or development team to build external interfaces that integrate with our website without modifying the main server.
The goal of this project is to digitalize and automate our onboarding processes, allowing:
Tenants to register online, upload documents, digitally sign, and pay the application/screening fee.
Property owners to register online, upload documentation, and digitally sign the onboarding process.
In both cases, the registration must follow a step-by-step wizard flow, similar to mobile or web application onboarding, where users move through different screens/pages with validation at each step.
Identity verification and digital signing will be handled through biometric facial recognition, integrated via an external biometric service provider.

Technical Requirements
