Description:
We are Prime Apparel Exports, a new women’s garment exporter from India specializing in Kaftans & Dresses. We want to build a complete automated digital presence to attract, engage, and convert global buyers (UAE, Saudi, Nigeria, Africa).

Scope of Work
Phase 1 – Foundation

Custom Export Website (Next.js + Node.js + Postgres).

Buyer / Designer / Admin portals.

Designer uploads → Admin approval → Auto-live on website + social media.

AI Chatbot (multi-language) → Website, WhatsApp, Insta, LinkedIn, Email.

WhatsApp Business API (WATI/360Dialog/Twilio) integration.

n8n workflows: enquiry → CRM → notifications → auto social posting.

Phase 2 – AI Voice Agent

AI voice bot to receive buyer calls 24x7 (multi-language).

Provide product/price info, handle FAQs.

Escalate complex cases to merchandiser.

Call logs auto-saved to CRM.

Phase 3 – LC Draft Generator

Buyer PO upload → auto LC draft generated.

Admin verifies → PDF sent to buyer.

Skills Needed

Full-stack dev: React/Next.js, Node.js, Postgres.

AI integration: OpenAI API, RAG, Multilingual chatbots.

Voice bot setup (Twilio / ElevenLabs / Vonage).

WhatsApp Business API integration.

n8n workflow automation.

Social media API posting (Insta, FB, LinkedIn).
