Expert WordPress Developer / Animator for a Highly Emotional "Scrollytelling" Landing Page (GSAP / Elementor / Webflow)

Job Description:
I am looking for a highly skilled front-end developer/designer who specializes in interactive, cinematic scrolling experiences (Scrollytelling). I am NOT looking for a standard, drag-and-drop template website. This page needs to tell a story through motion, fading gradients and scroll-triggered text animations.
The Concept & Flow (Brief):
The landing page tells the emotional story of a man fighting to save his dog’s life. The user journey must physically mimic the psychological descent and subsequent ascent:
The Descent: The page starts with a dark theme. As the user scrolls, text elements (diary entries) appear one by one, triggered by the scroll. The background should have a subtle parallax effect of a dark staircase. Scrolling down feels like walking down stairs into the dark.
The Bottom: A static, heavy moment in the dark.
The Ascent: As the user continues to scroll the background gradient smoothly transitions from dark grey to bright white. New text elements appear, leading the user "upward".
The Door & The Reveal: The text culminates at a graphical "door". Upon scrolling, the door effect opens/fades to reveal a bright, high-quality, vivid image (or subtle looping video/GIF) of dogs running on a sunny green field.
The Final Call to Action: The image starts slightly blurred and comes into sharp focus as the user reaches the final section. A clean, premium-looking CTA button appears below.
Technical Requirements:
You can build this using advanced Elementor Pro + Custom CSS, Webflow or custom HTML/CSS/JS (GSAP, ScrollMagic, Lottie).
The page must be 100% responsive and fluid on mobile devices (the scroll timing must feel natural on touch screens).
Security Protocol: I will provide a completely blank, temporary staging WordPress environment for you to work on. Once the page is perfect, you will provide the export file (.json, .wpress or raw code) so I can import it to my live server. You will not get access to the live server.
